We know how exciting it is to find your dream dress at a dream price! That’s why we aim to dispatch your Adoro Bridal sample dress as quickly as possible. Please note: As these are sample sale items, there is only one item in the advised size available. Although we endeavour to keep our dresses in pristine condition there maybe small tears or pulls of fabric, buttons missing from our gowns, marks on the fabric or lace/beads missing.
DELIVERY
Please note that all packages are handled by AnPost, and we have limited control once a package has been shipped. While the delivery times advised are generally quite accurate, please keep in mind that they are only estimations and Adoro Bridal is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier company, especially during high-volume periods.

Republic of Ireland – €15 Northern Ireland – €15 Europe – €20 USA and Rest of World – Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that import taxes and duties may be charged on international orders. In case any such charges are required for your package to clear customs, they are your responsibility. The respective charges may vary depending on each country and the value of your order. With this in mind, we suggest that you contact your local customs office as they can better advise on any such additional import costs that may be incurred. In case that you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be returned to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order less any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched we will promptly issue you with an email showing your tracking number and simple instructions on how to track your package.
MISSING ORDERS
In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within the advised period, please email us at info@adorobridal.ie specifying your tracking and order number. Our team will be happy to help and will respond to you within 1 working day.
CANCELLATIONS
There is nothing we desire more than to delight our customers. However, we understand that you may not always be completely happy with the item(s) purchased through our online boutique. When this is the case, we strive to ensure a quick and easy cancellation and returns process. In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
RETURNS
The purchaser is responsible for all return costs. Once the dress is received in its original condition (with no makeup, tan marks, alterations, or damage), Adoro Bridal will refund the purchase price. Please try on your sample dress in a clean, dry space and avoid wearing makeup or tan to ensure it remains eligible for return. There are no returns after 30 days. To advise you are returning your order please email info@adorobridal.ie so we know when to expect the return. All returns should be returned using a traceable service and reach us within the return period specified above. Please make a note of any tracking numbers or proof of postage in case they are required. All returns need to be sent to Adoro Bridal, Unit A4, Second Floor, Avoca Complex, Rathcoole, Co Dublin.
REFUNDS
Within 24 hours of receiving your return package an email confirmation will be issued to you. The full amount paid (excluding return delivery costs) will be refunded to you using the original method of payment. In case you wish to return an item(s) due to a mistake on our part we will cover the cost of both the return shipping and the original shipping. Once returns are received and the item(s) is in acceptable conditions as outline above, your refund will be issued within 3 – 7 working days.
