Yes, all appointments must be booked in advance. Our consultants maybe out to lunch or on a pre appointment call and unable to answer the door so please make sure to book in advance to avoid any disappointment. 

We typically allow about an hour and a half for trying on wedding dresses. If you require a longer appointment, we can try to arrange this on a weekday. Due to high demand, extended appointments are unlikely on weekends.

Most brides find it helpful to bring a friend or family member to their viewing. We are happy to accommodate up to 4 guests. If you wish to bring more guests, please contact us to confirm.

We discourage bringing children to your appointment as they must be supervised at all times and can be a distraction. However, if necessary, please ensure you bring someone to supervise them

We recommend wearing comfortable, flesh-colored or pale underwear, and a strapless bra is useful but not essential. You are welcome to bring your own shoes and accessories, but we also have fantastic shoes and SPANX available for you to try on. Please wear minimal make-up and avoid wearing fake tan to protect the dresses from any potential staining.

We cater to all budgets with dresses ranging from €1200 to over €4000. The style of dress you seek can influence the available options within your budget. It’s a good idea to have a budget in mind before shopping and let us know when booking your appointment so we can help you find the perfect dress. If you fall in love with a dress slightly over budget, let us know; we might offer a sample or a similar alternative.

Our sample sizes range from 10-14, but we have techniques to ensure brides of all sizes can try on our gowns comfortably and can order in a large range of sizes.

• Leaving Zips Open: For larger sizes, we leave zips open and use fasteners to keep the dress in place.

Yes, everything on our website is available in the store. If there is a particular item you are interested in that is not on the website, please contact us as we may have it on loan or at an upcoming trunk show.

Most wedding dresses take approximately 6-9 months to order and fit. We recommend starting your search a few months before this to allow plenty of time for fittings. If you need a dress sooner, don’t panic; some dresses can be ordered on a rush delivery at an extra charge, and we also have regular sample sales.
