Booking Terms & Conditions

Appointments are non-refundable; however, bookings can be amended with a minimum of 7 days’ notice. As we operate on an appointment-only basis, we carefully plan our time and resources around each booking.

Do I need to book an appointment to try on wedding dresses?

Yes, all appointments must be booked in advance. Our consultants maybe out to lunch or on a pre appointment call and unable to answer the door so please make sure to book in advance to avoid any disappointment. 

How long does a wedding dress appointment usually last?

We typically allow about an hour and 15 minutes for trying on wedding dresses. If you require a longer appointment, we can try to arrange this on a weekday. Due to high demand, extended appointments are unlikely on weekends.

How many guests should I bring with me?

You’re very welcome to bring your favourite people along to share the experience our private showroom offers plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and enjoy the appointment together. We simply recommend keeping your group to a close circle whose opinions you truly value, so the experience remains calm, focused, and enjoyable.

Can I bring children to my appointment?

We discourage bringing children to your appointment as they must be supervised at all times and can be a distraction. However, if necessary, please ensure you bring someone to supervise them

Do I need to bring anything with me to my appointment?

We recommend wearing comfortable, flesh-colored or pale underwear, and a strapless bra is useful but not essential. You are welcome to bring your own shoes and accessories, but we also have fantastic shoes and SPANX available for you to try on. Please wear minimal make-up and avoid wearing fake tan to protect the dresses from any potential staining.

What is your price range?

We cater to a range of budgets, with sample dresses available from under €1,000 and new dresses typically priced between €1,500 and €5,000. The style of dress you choose can influence the options available within your budget. It’s a good idea to have a budget in mind before shopping and to share this with us when booking your appointment, so we can guide you toward the perfect dress. If you fall in love with a dress that’s slightly over budget, let us know, we may have a sample or a similar alternative to suit you.

What size dresses do you stock?

Our sample sizes range from 10-22, but we have techniques to ensure brides of all sizes can try on our gowns comfortably and can order in a large range of sizes.

  • Clamping: We use gentle clamps to adjust the dress to your shape.
  • Leaving Zips Open: For larger sizes, we leave zips open and use fasteners to keep the dress in place.
  • Expert Adjustments: Our skilled consultants make temporary adjustments for a comfortable and flattering fit.
Is everything on the website available in-store?

Yes, everything on our website is available in the store. If there is a particular item you are interested in that is not on the website, please contact us as we may have it on loan or at an upcoming trunk show.

How far in advance should I order my wedding dress?

Most wedding dresses take approximately 6-9 months to order and fit. We recommend starting your search a few months before this to allow plenty of time for fittings. If you need a dress sooner, don’t panic; some dresses can be ordered on a rush delivery at an extra charge, and we also have regular sample sales.

Do you offer in-house alterations?

Yes, we work with an experienced in-house seamstress who has over 40 years of expertise. If you choose to use this service, we will arrange your fittings once your dress arrives. All appointments take place in-store at a time that suits you both, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience.

Please note that alterations are not included in the price of your dress and are paid directly to the seamstress.
